Skype for Mobile adds effects and stickers

Skype for Mobile adds effects and stickers

Skype for Mobile launched cheeky AI effects for photos and highlights. The Snapchat-like features add more personalization through a magic wand button that appears in the top of the screen. Sprinkles by Microsoft and its machine learning tech could guess your age or emotions. The photo effects can customize both selfies and pictures taken with the back camera. The different captions and masks are reachable with a simple left or right swipe, once the magic wand is clicked. Microsoft says some of them change depending on holidays and days of the week. Edited photos in Skype for Mobile can be shared to private chats, group conversations or Highlights. The update is rolling out right now, so a simple update of the app should bring the stickers and effects.
