Class action lawsuit in the works against Google for Pixel 2 XL issues

The same firm asked for $5 million from Motorola over poor customer service and unfulfilled warranty promises, and that suit was settled in September with the company promising to implement several customer-friendly improvements in the way it processes warranty claims. So it would certainly not be the first tango for Girard Gibbs going against a big tech company.
